Site Criteria Summary:

  1. Neighbourhood Shopping Centre
  2. Enclosed Shopping Centre
  3. High Visibility in a convenient location
  4. Easy accessibility
  5. Front of store with a minimum 40’ width
  6. Rear receiving door with paved delivery area.
